COACHES
All our coaches are experienced competitive wrestlers with many years of coaching experience. Our coaches have experience coaching at the youth, middle school and high school levels and have trained wrestlers from beginner to the college level wrestlers.
Our Goals
Our goals at Shed Dogs Wrestling is promote the health and fitness of children and teens in the Harrisburg, NC area. We want our wrestlers to learn the skills that make them successful in life. Our wrestling club teaches leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, hard work, builds self-esteem and self-confidence.
SCHEDULE
Currently our coaches are busy with high school wrestling season. We are sending our elementary and middle school wrestlers to the Bethel Vikings Wrestling Club. They practice at Central Cabarrus High School. Practices are scheduled for Thursdays and Sundays. More information here:

ABOUT US
The coaches at Harrisburg Wrestling Club wanted to start a youth wrestling program that would feed experienced wrestlers into the area middle school and high school programs, just as other sports do. We learned through our prior youth wrestling programs that kids learning wrestling at an early age increased their success in the sport greatly. Many of our wrestlers have gone on to become state champions, state placers and national placers. Others have gone on to become successful college wrestlers as well.
